Analysis, Interpretation, and Global Change

The American University Master of Arts in International Economics (INEC) degree is jointly offered by the School of International Service and AU’s Department of Economics. INEC prepares students who have previously majored or minored in economics. Students will be equipped to analyze the most important trade and financial issues facing the globalized economy, preparing graduates to serve as international economists in multilateral organizations, government agencies, research institutes, and more.
