UNDERGRADUATE ACCELERATOR HOUSING

Undergraduate Accelerator students are required to live in an approved program residence, as it not only helps them succeed in the classroom, but also fully integrates them into the campus community and social network.

ON-CAMPUS HOUSING

OPTION A: ON-CAMPUS DOUBLE
Option A housing features a double-occupancy room with two twin beds and a shared, common hall bathroom.

OFF-CAMPUS HOUSING* 

Undergraduate Accelerator students may be assigned housing in an off-campus location called The Berkshire. This apartment community is located just a short walk from AU’s campus. Housing will be assigned based on preference and availability. Undergraduate Accelerator students will be assigned a roommate from the program and will share a one-bedroom apartment with two twin beds. Should a one-bedroom apartment not be available, students will be assigned alternate accommodations. Students will be provided a form to state their housing and dining preference with their conditional offer letter.

 

OPTION B: OFF-CAMPUS STUDIO
Option B housing features a studio apartment with two twin beds plus a living room, bathroom, and kitchen.

OPTION C: OFF-CAMPUS DOUBLE (ONE BEDROOM)
Option C housing features a one-bedroom apartment with two twin beds plus a living room, bathroom, and kitchen.

OPTION D: OFF-CAMPUS DOUBLE (TWO BEDROOM)
Option D housing features a two-bedroom apartment with four twin beds plus a living room, bathroom, and kitchen.
